Account Executive

This position will be a full-time Client Services position located in our Seattle, Washington location. The Account Executive will report to the Senior Account Executive. This position is for someone who has worked in a client or project management environment and is ready to take the next step in career advancement.

The Account Executive will help the Account Supervisor to a) improve client satisfaction; b) grow existing business; c) mentor and train existing and future production staff; c) improve and document Innovyx’s business rules and processes; and d) take on additional projects that will benefit the company’s brand presentation, client loyalty, or profitability. The Account Executive is a liaison between client and Innovyx production staff to appropriately manage expectations, and utilize proper Innovyx resources to meet client needs.

This position entails normal office hours, with occasional overtime and travel. Innovyx is a corporate office environment. Candidate for position must have the following capabilities:

• Ability to interface with clients in a professional and articulate manner
• Experience in marketing concepts and jargon in order to deliver reports from Innovyx’s proprietary email marketing system in a manner that is meaningful to the marketing departments that utilize our services
• Ability to work with raw HTML code, including the ability to troubleshoot broken code.
• Ability to communicate technology at a user-friendly level
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
• Team leader with ability to motivate staff, peers and clients
• Working knowledge of database programs including Microsoft Access a benefit
• 3-5 years of client/project management experience
• 1-2 years of email/direct marketing experience preferred
• Four-year degree required
