Assistant Account Executive

This position will be a full-time Client Services position located in our Seattle, Washington location. The Assistant Account Executive will report to the Account Executive. This is an entry level position within a marketing agency environment where advancement to client services or application services is possible.

The key responsibility for this position is to process HTML, text, and database files via the Innovyx Dialogue 1to1 email deployment system, and to manage multiple email projects to completion. The Assistant Account Executive will help the Account Executive to a) improve client satisfaction; b) improve and document Innovyx’s business rules and processes; and c) take on additional projects that will benefit the company’s brand presentation, client loyalty, or profitability.

This position has daily client involvement via email and phone. Innovyx is a corporate office environment working normal business hours. Candidate for position must have the following capabilities:

  • Ability to work with raw HTML code, including the ability to troubleshoot broken code
  • Proven experience working with databases such as Microsoft Excel and/or Access
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Team player with ability to motivate staff, peers and clients
  • Ability to understand marketing concepts and jargon in order to deliver reports in a manner that is meaningful to the marketing departments that utilize our services
  • Ability to interface with clients in a professional and articulate manner

  • Ability to communicate technology in a user-friendly manner
  • Four-year degree preferred
