Email Deliverability Factsheet

The Dialogue 1to1 customer service center is a password protected website that provides a Dialogue 1to1 interface tailored specifically to the needs of customer service centers.

The interface is designed to be clear and easy to use — to enable simple “scripting” for larger centers — while still providing the essential tools to enable customer service representatives to access a subscribers history and update their profile as necessary.
