Innovyx Releases Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.5
Update Includes Range of Powerful New Features and Capabilities
SEATTLE, WA — Innovyx, Inc., an agency-focused email marketing services firm and part of Star Marketing Group, a division of Omnicom Group, Inc., has released Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.5.
“Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.5 has significantly enhanced internationalization and localization features enabling us to better support clients in their native languages.” said Derek Harding, CEO of Innovyx.
Its core platform’s range of powerful new and enhanced features and capabilities include:
- Emailed reports: Campaign reports in HTML and PDF format were introduced in version 5.0. In 5.5 these reports have been enhanced with additional information and made available through automated mailing. On a per-program basis users may request Dialogue to send a campaign report some days after a campaign is deployed. Multiple reports may be requested and will automatically be sent for all campaigns as appropriate.
- Internationalization: Dialogue 1to1 has long supported mailings in a wide variety of languages including those requiring multi-byte non-latin characters. With version 5.5 the entire management console and the subscription center have been modified to support localization.
The subscription center pages support specific and automated language selection. When in automatic mode the system language for system messages is selected based on the browser preference settings.
The management console now offers user-selectable language preferences in addition to local timezone, date, time and number entry and display preferences.
- CMS improvements: The primary capability of the Dialogue 1to1 content management system is the provision of a content repository for dynamic content insertion. This facilitates true one-to-one messaging since content may be dynamically inserted into messages on a per-recipient basis based on preference, behavior, demographics or any other available profile data.
However it has also proved extremely useful as a repository for content that is shared between mailings and campaigns such as common headers, footers and legal disclaimers. With 5.5 this “static” content is inserted at mailing submission time rather than on a per-recipient basis providing performance improvements.
- Performance enhancement: Highly customized, dynamic messages require a sophisticated customization engine and such an engine requires significant processor power. The Dialogue 1to1 customization engine has been made multi-threaded in order to take full advantage of modern multi-core CPUs. This capability provides dramatic improvements in mail submission performance for complex dynamic messages.
- Preview enhancement: The mailing preview tool was introduced in version 5.0 and has proved to be an invaluable aid in the development of complex messages.
The preview tool allows an operator to see how any given message will look for any specific recipient. With 5.5 this tool provides a separate display of the text and HTML versions of a multipart message.
- Dashboard enhancements: With the introduction of the Yahoo feedback loop the dashboard list hygiene reports have been modified to include Yahoo complaint data alongside AOL and MSN/Hotmail.
The click-through details display has been modified to more clearly show link popularities. When the mouse is placed over a link in the mailing the number of unique and total click-throughs is displayed along with the relative popularity of that link.
