Innovyx Releases Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.6

Update Includes Powerful Message Filtering Capabilities

SEATTLE, WAInnovyx, Inc., an agency-focused email marketing services firm and part of STAR Marketing Group, a division of Omnicom Group, Inc., has released Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.6.

“Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.6 is one of our fastest releases ever coming hot on the heels of version 5.5. It has several features that were urgently requested by our clients including the addition of meta data for powerful message classification and analysis.” said Derek Harding, CEO of Innovyx.

Its core platform’s range of new and enhanced features and capabilities include:

  • Meta data: The Dialogue 1to1 hierarchy has four levels. In some instances this may not provide enough granularity and to address this version 5.6 adds the ability to tag messages with free-form meta data. Reporting can then be filtered based on any combination of meta data providing an extremely flexible structure.
  • User data hiding: There are certain situations under which it may be necessary for legal, privacy or policy reasons to prevent users of the Dialogue 1to1 management console accessing and viewing personally identifiable data about list members. Version 5.6 adds the ability to configure individual programs to restrict access to such data. When so configured operators are prevented from downloading or viewing any user data except in aggregate.
  • Agency administration enhancements: Prior to version 5.6 provisioning of client databases and dedicated mail servers was a manual process. In version 5.6 wizards have been created in Dialogue 1to1 to manage these processes. This makes program creation and setup much simpler for agency administrators since mail servers and database connections are now simply selected from drop-down lists. It also ensures mail servers and databases are only accessible once they are properly provisioned and ready for use.
  • Enhanced query builder: The query builder has been improved to allow the use of native database functions. This makes it possible to perform time-based queries and content format manipulations without the need to switch to using advanced queries.
  • Other enhancements include:
    • File upload option to simplify and speed setup of URL tracking.
    • Ability in the dashboard to download lists of users who performed specific actions.
    • Improved PDF campaign report layout.
    • Improved performance of tracking data storage.
    • Caching of Habeas deliverability data to improve performance and allow storage beyond 90 days.
    • Improved database connection caching to reduce system load and improve performance.
