Innovyx Releases Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0 with agency solution
Update Includes Range of Powerful New Features and Capabilities
SEATTLE, WA — Innovyx, Inc., an agency-focused email marketing services firm and part of Star Marketing Group, a division of Omnicom Group, Inc., has released Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0, its most significant update since version 4.0 in December 2005. In addition to this core platform, Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0 also offers agencies additional benefits through its Agency Solution.

Its core platform’s range of powerful new and enhanced features and capabilities include:
- Content management system: The single greatest barrier to dynamic messaging is effective content management. Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0 contains a highly scalable, fully integrated, content management system (CMS). This system provides the ability to create, edit, and verify a dynamic content repository for use in email campaigns.
- Improved behavioral targeting and segmentation: In addition to time and event triggers, Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0 can trigger messages on any combination of a full spectrum of behaviors. For example, when a subscriber read a message and viewed their profile but did not update it or if a subscriber abandoned a shopping cart transaction. These powerful capabilities have been built into the user interface making them easy for marketers to use without the involvement of IT, consultants, or professional services personnel.
- Quality assurance tool: Unique in the industry, Innovyx’ QA tool analyzes mailings to identify, highlight and prevent problems prior to deployment. The tool examines and validates every aspect of a mailing including headers, content, images, customization, links, and recipient list. The QA tool eliminates the everyday errors in email marketing such as duplicate messages, un-substituted personalization, broken links, and missing images.
- Enhanced delivery monitoring and reporting: Deliverability and response metrics, including complaint and bounce tracking by ISP, for all major ISPs, are monitored on a per mailing basis. This data is also reported and aggregated across programsand displayed side-by-side with independent deliverability results from the Habeas Inc. Delivery Monitor providing unparalleled insight into deliverability.
- Dashboard reporting enhancements: For quick performance assessment, marketers can now compare delivery, open, response, unsubscribe, AOL complaint and Hotmail complaint results across the aggregated results of all Innovyx clients. Additional metrics monitored include delivery by volume; by open and response rates sorted by day, month, week, and hour; by ISP and coverage, ISP-specific reports; and respondents to a specific URL. Detailed reports and entire campaigns may also be downloaded as Adobe PDFs or exported as Microsoft Excel or HTML files.
- Inbound reply handling: Dialogue 1to1™ Version 5.0 features sophisticated rule-based inbound email processing capable of customizing response handling based on keywords found in the headers or body of a message in multiple languages. Recipient responses are automatically categorized, filtered and processed to maximize customer service while minimizing the load on customer service teams. SpamAssassin is utilized to reduce the spam load on the agency and their clients.
- Web view: When a subscriber clicks on the web view link, an exact duplicate of the email sent to that individual is rendered on the web page, including all personalization, conditional sections, and dynamic content originally intended for that individual.
- Enhanced subscription center: Now includes server-side scripting allowing for email address and data validation prior to the delivery of a triggered message. Other enhancements include fully-driven template tools for subscriptions, unsubscriptions, and profile updates.
