Rapp Collins Worldwide Selects Scott Hagedorn To Lead Interactive Services

Former WestWayne/breatheinteractive EVP to oversee national practice

NEW YORK and DALLAS, October 18, 2004Rapp Collins Worldwide, one of the world's leading direct marketing services agencies and part of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE-OMC), has hired Scott Hagedorn to the position of senior vice president, chief interactive officer.

Hagedorn will serve as the primary representative of all Rapp Collins interactive capabilities to clients and new business prospects in North America. Working closely with RCW account management, he will lead development of interactive strategies and interactive components of integrated online-offline client programs, as well as oversee the agency's interactive staff in Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle.

Hagedorn joins Rapp Collins from WestWayne, Atlanta, where he served for two years as both executive vice president, director of technology-based marketing, WestWayne, and managing partner of breatheinteractive, the agency's integrated marketing group. He co-founded breatheinteractive in 2001 as a firm that merged the tenets of traditional advertising, direct marketing and interactive. The company became part of WestWayne a year later.

He has also served as vice president of communications at Mpower Communications, Atlanta, and began his career in 1994 at WestWayne, where he became vice president, senior brand planner.
