Technology & Architecture
Dialogue 1to1 is a Web-based solution, allowing management and end user access via standard Web browsers, ensuring there is no special client software to be installed.
The Dialogue 1to1 server provides application functionality, including personalization, analysis and management applications, and integrates a Web server; an ODBC-compliant database (typically Oracle®, or Microsoft® SQL Server®); and a high-speed SMTP mail delivery server. In addition Dialogue 1to1 enables easy access to a wide range of external data sources for batched, or real time data exchange.
The resulting solution has extremely high performance and is very scalable, enabling the successful delivery and analysis of millions of communications per day. Its open architecture also ensures effective and straightforward integration with other enterprise applications including legacy data sources, and CRM (customer relationship management) applications. The result is a solution that offers high performance; scalability; and low cost of implementation and ownership. Its powerful response handling and reporting capabilities will ensure that you the marketer know at all times how your program is performing.
