We’ve has used this knowledge, as well as our extensive expertise in the field, to deliver the most advanced email management tools on the market. We work closely with our agency partners to expand their range of services by offering increased opportunities to provide integrated online and offline marketing programs. Taking this one step further, we offer our partners the choice of outsourcing their messaging to us, or bringing the entire system in house. The Program
Our Agency Partner Program provides all of the essential ingredients for your success, including education, data hosting, list management; message customization and delivery; response analysis & reporting; technical support; and a wide range of additional professional services, including permission compliance, list building, and complaint resolution.
The initial phase of the program involves two key components: education, and program setup. We will provide you with an education program to give your staff a thorough grounding in email marketing fundamentals; to enable them to operate the Dialogue 1to1 system; to interpret the responses generated by client programs; and to sell the concept to your own clients.
Program setup involves the provision of dedicated system resources for your program. Innovyx manages these resources in our powerful data center, comprising all the required hardware, software, networking, and high-bandwidth connectivity required for the most demanding programs.
This includes the import of data and creation of the underlying customer database for your client’s program; and password-protected access to your own Web-based Dialogue 1to1 Email Marketing Center. We will also build a dedicated Subscription Management Center for your client, providing an easy way for individual email subscribers to opt in, or out of the program, and to modify any profiling information that you may wish to use.
Once set up and training are complete, you will be able to conduct your client’s email marketing campaigns using the resources managed on your behalf by Innovyx. We remain available in the background ready to provide advice or assistance as needed.
